Child Care Programs

Families of Madison students who require childcare outside normal school hours may wish to consider enrolling their child in one of the following programs available on or near the Madison campus.

The Madison Child Development Center (CDC) provides before- and after-school childcare from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. for grades K-5 on the Madison campus. The Child Development Center is supervised by the Redondo Beach Unified School District.

The After-School Playground Program provides after-school care for grades 1-5 only on the Madison campus from the end of school until 5:30 p.m. This is a non-custodial program and children are allowed to come and go as they please. The After-School Playground Program is supervised by the Redondo Beach Recreation and Community Services Department.
