Mrs. Howard - 5th Grade

Hi there!

I've been at Madison since 2014, and started teaching in 2007. I previously worked in Aurora, Colorado and have taught 1st- 5th grade. 

I grew up in Westminster, Colorado and went to college at the University of Colorado, Boulder (go Buffs!). I moved to California in 2014 and have taught at Madison the whole time!  I love to travel, play and watch sports, and spend time with my family, especially my kiddos, Pax and Poppy.

I always strive for my classroom to be an inclusive, supportive and engaging place to learn. I expect kids to be kind, work hard and grow as learners and leaders. Please know that I welcome any and all communication and always have my door open to parents, family members and volunteers.
