5th Grade Parents,

Remember that parking is difficult around Madison Elementary and 5th Grade Promotion can be especially difficult. Here are a few reminders:
*Please give yourself plenty of time to come to the event.
*We recommend that you enter the event through the doors on Nelson Avenue.
*The parking lots are not available for use during promotion.
*The valet lane can be used to drop off family members that have mobility issues. There should be no parking on the north side of Nelson during the promotion ceremony.
*The cafeteria where the promotion ceremony is not very large and we have to fit a lot of family members in. Please do not bring in large balloon arrangements that could obstruct the view of other parents.
*There will be a space provided for parents to come to the front and take a photo of their child as they cross the stage and receive their certificate. Please do not block this area.
*The cafeteria can get very warm when it is full of parents. Please dress for the warm environment.
