5th Grade Science Camp

5th Grade Science Camp - Pali Institute Outdoor Science School 2017

We are excited to provide our Madison 5th Grade class with the opportunity to attend the Pali Institute Outdoor Science School in Running Springs, California from Tuesday, May 30, 2017 through Friday, June 2nd.

This unique learning opportunity enriches our students academically, socially and emotionally.  Students focus on science education, especially the different types of ecosystems, the different parts of an ecosystem, how those parts function together, and how humans interact with ecosystems. The outdoors is their classroom and the natural environment is their laboratory. Students learn through direct experience and observation within the natural environments surrounding the school site.

Attending the Pali Institute is an exciting opportunity for your child to learn through exploration and discovery.  It is our hope ALL Madison 5th Grade students will attend the Outdoor Science School.
