Show your school spirit by displaying our logo with pride!  We have several logo items and goods for sale as part of Madison PTA's general fund-raising efforts for the school.

If you would like to order any logo items, please download and print your own order forms here (see left column) and return them with your payment to the school office or your child's teacher.  Please make checks payable to "Madison PTA".
